Returns and Refund Policies

UPDATED REFUND POLICY

Due to concerns surrounding COVID-19, we are temporarily amending our return policy effective immediately. All sales are now final, both in-store and online. We will not be accepting any returns until further notice. 

This decision has been made with the health and safety of our coaches and customers as our top priority. 

RETURNING AN ITEM BY MAIL

Acceptable returned items will be eligible for store credit only, subject to our sole discretion and inspection of the item.  If you received a defective or damaged item, you may be eligible for a refund.  

If you purchased a product from starphtyomedicine.com and need to return it, here are the basic steps:

  • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.

  • Find and print your digital packing list, which you can find in your initial order confirmation e-mail and enclose with your item. Be sure to keep this email for your records. If you cannot print out your digital packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item on a separate piece of paper.

  • All items must have the original protective seals intact. If any seal is broken or has been tampered with, we will not be able to approve your return or issue your store credit. 

  • All products must be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt, in “new, unaltered, and unused, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit. 

  • New, unaltered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed).

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. 

  • For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Please ship the return package to:

  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.

  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving and approving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 5 calendar days of delivery at info@starphytomedicine.com. Please supply the Representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Starphytomedicine.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.

If there is extensive damage to the packaging, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Service Representative.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items.  Below are items that cannot be returned and cannot be refunded:

  • Christara Phytoceuticals Gift Cards

  • Used or opened Christara Phytoceuticals products

Christara Phytoceuticals products sold by unauthorized sellers. Christara Phytoceuticals is unable to control the quality of Christara Phytoceuticals products sold by unauthorized sellers.
