Iron & Calcium 2oz
Iron & Calcium is a combination supplement of two major minerals extracted from stinging nettles. Iron is essential for oxygenation of red blood cells and subsequently, oxygenation of the body’s tissues. Proper oxygenation helps maintain high energy levels, mental clarity, coordinated motor function, immunity, and healthy levels of neurotransmitters that impact mood. Vitamin C helps boost iron absorption and is naturally occurring in our supplement since it is whole-food derived. Organic calcium is also present in a bioavailable form, meaning it can be absorbed and utilized for healthy bones, nerve conduction, muscle contraction, and hormone secretion.
Isolated calcium, such as that derived non-plant-based sources, is not readily absorbed and thus cannot play a role in supporting the above functions.
Suggested Use: 10 drops in 4-6 ounces of water daily or as directed by your healthcare provider.
